Delete your account

In the game

  1. Open the game and tap Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. If you registered, enter your password. As a guest, type DELETE.
  4. Tap Delete forever. You need an internet connection.

What is deleted

Immediately, from our server: your player ID, username and password, village save and action history, jewel history and sign-in tokens. The game then starts a new village on your device. This cannot be undone.

Action history is normally kept for 7 days and only your 50 most recent village saves are kept; deleting your account removes all of it right away. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so your data leaves the last backup within 14 days.

If you cannot open the game

Email lqk242310clone1@gmail.com from any address with your username (if you registered). We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. Guest accounts cannot be identified without the device, so delete the game from the device instead.
