Landlords Kingdom Idle saves your village on our server so it survives a new phone and can be played on another device. This page explains what we keep, where, for how long, and how to delete it.

What we store

DataWhy
A player ID and a sign-in tokenTo know which village is yours. Every player starts as a guest; no email or phone number is asked.
Username and password (only if you register)To sign in on another device. The password is stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read it.
Your village save and the actions you take in itTo keep the village, check it follows the game rules and restore it on another device.
Jewel historyA record of jewels earned and spent, to keep the game fair.
Your IP addressKept only in short-lived memory to limit abuse (for example, how many guest accounts one address can create per hour). It is not saved with your account.

We do not sell data, show tracking ads or use analytics of our own. The App Store and Google Play may collect data under their own policies.

Where it is kept

On a server we rent, reached only through Cloudflare. A copy of the database is backed up every night to Google Drive.

How long

Until you delete your account. The record of the actions your game sends to the server (used to answer retries) is kept for 7 days; the server keeps your 50 most recent village saves. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so a deleted account disappears from the last backup within 14 days.

Deleting your account

In the game, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account, village and jewels are removed from the server at once, and the game starts a new village on your device. See how to delete your account for details, including what to do if you can no longer open the game.

Children

The game does not ask for personal details. If you believe a child has registered and want the account removed, contact us.
